Epic Itineraries is a travel research platform that helps you save, organise, and turn web content into itineraries. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, that’s fine — but please don’t use the service.

Your account

You need an account to use Epic Itineraries. Keep your login details secure — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Use accurate information when signing up. You must be at least 16 years old.

Your content

Everything you save, write, or create in Epic Itineraries belongs to you. We don’t claim ownership of your collections, notes, or itineraries. We only store and display your content to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Acceptable use

Use Epic Itineraries for what it’s built for: saving and organising travel research. Don’t use it to:

  • Break any laws
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Try to compromise our systems or other users’ accounts
  • Scrape or bulk-download content from the platform

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

AI features

Our AI itinerary generation is optional. When you use it, your collection data is sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to create your itinerary. The AI works with what you’ve saved — it doesn’t invent destinations. See our privacy policy for details on how your data is handled.

Service availability

We do our best to keep Epic Itineraries running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided “as is”. We’re not liable for any losses from downtime or bugs — though we’ll always work to fix issues quickly.

Termination

You can delete your account whenever you want. We may also close accounts that violate these terms. When an account is deleted, your data follows the process described in our privacy policy (soft-delete, then permanent removal after 30 days).

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
